Do you repair laptops?
Yes we carry out software and hardware related repairs to laptops. We have a fully equipped workshop no need to book just turn up and we will diagnose the fault. Same day and next day service available. We can diagnose any software or hardware related fault on laptop and desktop computers. We will give you a full diagnostic report and the pricing for repair before doing any work on your computer so you do not face any spiralling repair bills. We also sell new and refurbished computers, if you decide not to repair.
What are your other charges?
We constantly review our charging structure to ensure that it remains as competitive as possible and always represents excellent value for money. Please call into the Crawley Computer Centre workshop and one of our friendly staff will be happy to advise you.
What happens if the engineer is unable to repair my computer at my home or office?
In this unlikely scenario, there will be nothing to pay at all, apart from a small callout fee.
Is there a callout fee to pay?
We charge a small callout fee - this is intended only to cover the engineer's fuel costs.
Are your engineers fully qualified?
Our engineers are fully qualified and highly experienced. They are carefully selected and have all spent many years working in the computer industry.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment in cash, by cheque (with guarantee card) and we also accept all major credit and debit cards. A full receipt will be given.
Is your work guaranteed?
Our work is fully guaranteed. All components which are supplied new are covered by a full twelve months parts and labour warranty. If you are on a tight budget we can also provide some second user equiptment which comes with a 60 day return to base warranty..
Can I limit the booking to one hours' work?
Yes, you can choose to limit the booking to one hour and the engineer will do his very best to complete the work within the agreed timescale.
If the repair takes only forty minutes, will I have to pay for a full hour?
Our minimum charging period is one hour. If the repair is completed in less time than this, the engineer will offer to stay for the remaining time to carry out a general PC health check or a virus scan or answer any computing queries you may have.
Do you repair printers?
We carry out software related repairs to printers - driver and/or installation problems, however, we do not repair printer hardware failures.
Do you repair monitors?
Unfortunately, we do not carry out repairs to monitors. For monitor hardware failures, we recommend you to contact the manufacturer or perhaps consult a television repair specialist.

Crawley computer centre are going to be holding some Q & A sessions in their shop. These sessions will start with a short talk on the subject chosen and followed by Q&A afterwards. Some of the sessions will be Free and some will include a charge if we are actually training you how to build your own website for example.
